William Goddard
Since 2003, Dr. Will Goddard (Doctor of Chiropractic) has been helping thousands of people throughout the South of England. Over the years Will has seen how Chiropractic care goes far beyond pain relief to find the underlying cause of your problem.
It was from a young age that Will saw the benefits of Chiropractic, as his father had suffered an injury as a teenager which had left him with lasting effects well into his 50’s. Chiropractic care helped his father to manage the injury and helped him to continue with his active lifestyle of skiing and windsurfing.
Will saw first hand the amazing benefits and so decided to study Chiropractic at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic so that he too could help people. He graduated in 2003 and worked in one of the longest established Chiropractic clinics in the UK/Europe. There he developed his Chiropractic skills, before moving on to work in one of the busiest clinics in the country, where he learnt the importance of spinal rehabilitation in conjunction with Chiropractic care.
In 2015, Will and his wife, Alex, decided it was time to put together all their knowledge and experience and open Goddard Chiropractic to help benefit their own local community.
Will continues to attend courses and seminars to further his knowledge and continue to bring the finest and most up-to-date Chiropractic care he can. He offers this outstanding care to all ages and professions and has had the fortune of helping Olympic Athletes, Rock Stars and Television actors.
Will is an active member of the United Chiropractic Association and registered with the General Chiropractic Council.
Carl Atkins
Associate Chiropractor
Hi I’m Carl, I’m very passionate about sports, in particular football. I love to play football and support my team, Chelsea. I first discovered Chiropractic when I had gained an injury myself during a football match. After just a few adjustments I was back playing and performing better than ever. This made me want to help others in the same way.
I studied in Wales at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at The University of South Wales, the same place as Will Goddard the Clinic Principal Chiropractor. There I gained tons of invaluable knowledge and experience to help the patients I will have the pleasure of looking after. Don’t forget to say “hello” if you see me around clinic!
Bethany Chitty
Associate Chiropractor
Beth pursued a career in chiropractic after being exposed to it from a young age as her father had regular appointments for an ongoing shoulder injury. In her teen years she developed chronic migraines which were assisted through chiropractic care.
She studied at the AECC University College in Bournemouth. Beth works hard to create a treatment plan that is tailored to each patient, their body and needs and uses a variety of techniques to achieve this. She has special interests in the areas of Sports Chiropractic, Headache and Migraines, TMJ Dysfunction and assisting in managing conditions such as Hypermobility and Fibromyalgia.
Outside of work Beth enjoys reading, baking and cooking as well as all sorts of arts and crafts, so if you see her around clinic don’t hesitate to recommend a book or even a favourite recipe!
George Hunt
Associate Chiropractor
Hi, I’m George, one of the Chiropractors at Goddard Chiropractic. I’m very passionate about skiing and all things fitness; I originally left school and followed my dream of being an alpine ski racer, where I raced internationally for GB at the Europa Cup level. Following my ski career, I became a personal trainer, then a sports massage therapist, and now I have found my passion and career as a Chiropractor.
During my ski racing career, I had regular Chiropractic and sports massage treatments to keep my body in the best condition, not only for my sport but also for the general aches and pains that life can bring. This is where my interest stemmed from because of how these therapies made me feel.
I studied at McTimoney College of Chiropractic, gaining a Master’s degree; techniques I have added to my repertoire over the years are McTimoney, Diversified, mobilisation, trigger point therapy, and many more.
I enjoy running and going to the gym; spending time with family and walking my cocker spaniel Kai are very important to me. I also enjoy fictional books and movies. You’ll generally find me up to date with all the Marvel movies and Anime series.
Natalie Turner, Chloe Goodchild, Angela Stacey
Chiropractic Assistants
Natalie, Chloe, and Angela are our wonderful Receptionists / Chiropractic Assistants. They are friendly, welcoming and trained to help you in your search for better health.
The aim for the practice is to change the way people see health and the way they think about their health. To teach our patients that they do not have to learn to live with their pain, but to show them how to rid themselves of their pain, and how to keep it that way.
Alex Goddard
Practice Manager
Alex is married to the wonderful Will.
Alex qualified as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of Glamorgan in 2003. It was during her time at University that Alex met Will. Alex worked for many years as a Chiropractor treating all ages with a huge variety of occupations including Olympic Athletes and people within the film industry.
Alex took a break from Chiropractic to start a family with Will and they now have three gorgeous boys who can sometimes be seen around clinic getting adjusted.
Soon after, Alex and Will established Goddard Chiropractic with the aim of reducing pain, dysfunction and improving the health of their local community.
At present, Alex is a non-practicing Chiropractor as she works hard behind the scenes managing the clinic and raising their three active boys!
She continues to attend courses and seminars to keep her knowledge up-to-date to ensure that the clinic provides the best possible Chiropractic care.
